Alex has held senior operating roles inside PE-backed healthcare organizations, leading post-close transformations that each delivered more than $10M of EBITDA. He served as VP of Transformation at LifeScan, a J&J carve-out, owning its commercial and revenue growth programs.
David has worked with nearly every Fortune 500 healthcare organization — payors, providers, and life sciences, in both the private and public sector — focusing on the sector-specific growth levers that move revenue. He is a U.S. Peace Corps and AmeriCorps alum.
Trevor started in lower middle-market investment banking, running sell-side M&A processes for family-owned businesses, and has since worked the investing side in venture capital and in operating finance roles inside venture-backed companies. He joined Converge from Search Fund Accelerator, where he was Vice President and Chief of Staff.
Homan began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he served healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, and has since founded and run companies of his own. He studied neurobiology at Harvard and returned there for his MBA.
